Now again, like in the last 2 steps go to the Layer > Layer Style > Inner Glow. Or find it on the pop up window like before! Now your in the Inner Glow blending options. Lets use the settings I provided you with below!
Blending Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Technique: Softer
Source: Edge
Choke: 0%
Size: 2px
